We called Servpro first as it was one of the first on e search list. After waiting for a call back we decided to try other companies and called EPS and they were immediately onsite to assess the damage. We hired them on the spot. All of the damaged furniture and doors were removed and placed outside. They were finished with the demolition before we even got a call back from Servpro. We were so happy with their service that we also hired them for the renovation and repair. EPS handled everything including drywall replacement, floor replacement including all baseboards and trim, painting the interior of the entire house, replacing cabinets and all required plumbing. We were displaced on September 20th and Steve worked diligently to schedule all of the phases of the repairs and we were moved back in on November 10th which is very rare for that scope of work! I highly recommend using EPS over any of the big name companies. All the staff were courteous and respectful, and the difference between a family operated company and a corporate company shines through. A++++ experience."
